General information
Persons aged 18 and over or minors whose parents have agreed to the participation, having their permanent residence in Germany or Austria and participating personally from computer sites in Germany or Austria are eligible to participate. Only participants will be taken into account who have answered all questions of the prize contest or raffle correctly, truthfully and completely, entered all required data in the online form provided for this purpose and transmitted their data via this form. The participation justifies no enforceable claim to a prize. Each person may participate in the prize contest/raffle only once; multiple participation leads to disqualification. The date indicated in the respective prize contest/raffle shall be considered as the deadline for participation. The participants are solely responsible for the correctness of their data, in particular their address details.

Prizes, decisions of winners and notification
The winner is selected by lots using the random principle. Non-cash prizes will not be paid out in cash and prizes must not be transferred to other persons.
The winners will be notified by e-mail and agree to the publication of their names, the initial letter of their first names and their place of residence. Should the winner not get in touch with us within 20 calendar days following the notification, he will no longer be entitled to claim the prize and a substitute winner will be decided as described above.

Data privacy
By participating in the prize contest/raffle, the participant expressly agrees that MAPA GmbH or the company commissioned with the execution stores the required information for the duration of the prize contest/raffle. The data will be deleted after 14 days. The participant may withdraw his consent at any time and thus rescind the participation. MAPA GmbH will not disclose any personal data of participants provided within the scope of the prize contest/raffle to third parties.

Change of the conditions of participation and termination of the prize contest/raffle
MAPA GmbH expressly reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time and terminate a prize contest/raffle prematurely without giving any reasons. There is no entitlement to prizes.

Exclusion from participation
Employees of MAPA GmbH and their relatives are excluded from the participation. MAPA GmbH may disqualify individual persons at any time for justified reasons, such as e.g. violation of the conditions of participation, use of pseudonyms, multiple participation, unlawful influence of the prize contest/raffle by manual or technical manipulation, membership in gaming associations or similar reasons. In such cases, prizes may be withdrawn and demanded back even at a later point.

Miscellaneous
In the event that individual provisions of the conditions of participation being or becoming invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid regulation that is closest to the purpose of the invalid provision.
There is no right of appeal.
