100% Made in Germany

Condoms are a matter of trust – which is why quality always comes first. From development to manufacturing, condom production is subject to stringent quality standards. This can be closely monitored and guaranteed by manufacturing exclusively in our own production facilities in Germany. The MAPA quality management system meets all requirements of the European Medical Device Directive, as well as ISO 9001 and EN 13485. All condoms comply with the European safety standard for condoms ISO 4074. This is confirmed by the CE mark on the packaging.

»Made in Germany« is a proof of origin that indicates a product’s country of production and guarantees superior quality.

MAPA also boasts another seal of quality, namely the DLF sign awarded by the research institute Deutsche Latexforschungsgemeinschaft Kondome. As part of the DLF quality assurance procedure, MAPA condoms are checked on a regular basis by the Darmstadt State Materials Testing Authority.

In February 2009, the consumer organisation Stiftung Warentest tested 26 condoms. They all received the rating “GOOD”. The BILLY BOY condom »extra lubricated« scored a rating of 1.9 (1 being “VERY GOOD”).

Our condoms are designed to meet the highest requirements. This is why every BILLY BOY condom is manufactured by MAPA in Zeven – 100% made in Germany!
